Rebranding staffitpro:
New vision, logo, website and color scheme

Now it's out: We are very proud to announce the redesign of our brand – a completely new look including vision, website, logo and color scheme. For the redesign of the staffitpro brand, our working student Lena interviewed Marcel Termöllen, Managing Director of audeoSoft GmbH, about the rebranding of the staffitpro brand. Hello Marcel, I am very much looking forward to our interview and curious about your answers. Let's start with an important question: Why have you decided to rebrand in the first place?

Hi Lena! In order to directly answer your question: The rebranding was an absolute affair of the heart for us.

Since our founding more than 20 years ago, we have naturally grown as a company, enjoyed an increasingly diverse group of customers, and have evolved greatly over time as well. As I always say, we are now probably the oldest start-up company in Germany. Many years of experience paired with innovative craziness! So I daresay the current brand has simply embodied us less and less over time.

Now we have reached the point to decide to make a statement and clarify our future-oriented business strategy for everyone. The new look now clearly reflects my vision and goals for the company, and I couldn't look forward to the future with any more anticipation!

Lena: Thank you for the detailed and honest answer! And what does the rebranding mean for our clientele?

Marcel (laughing): Your questions are very direct, I like that. In short, nothing is going to change for our customers, except that staffitpro is becoming even better. Quality and service, of course, remain at their usual high levels.

Our goal is to emphasize that, with us, our customers have found a forward-looking and reliable partner. With our cooperation, they will be successful in the long term!

Lena: That sounds really exciting! So we can all look forward to something great. Speaking of which: What did you have in mind when you had the logo renewed?

Marcel: For us, the logo update is a central element to clarify our vision.

To give you a brief exclusive insight into our company history: In the beginning, we started establishing staffitpro in the IT freelance recruiting market – hence the large, black IT letters in the old logo that matches the industry. At that time, it was an absolute eye-catcher!

Since the start 20 years ago, however, we have evolved considerably; we have long since ceased to make only IT industry customers happy and started working across all industries instead. The IT emphasis in our logo was therefore no longer entirely appropriate, since it didn’t embody the core of our strategy.

Everyone knows that recruiting, regardless of the industry, is and remains a "people business". That's exactly how we see it and why we made a conscious decision to precisely highlight this important aspect with the yellow male. Centrally placed in the new logo, it perfectly embodies our philosophy of always developing solutions with focus on the recruiter. It also sends a clear signal that we are looking to the future together with the industry.

Lena: Very exciting! I also think the logo is really successful and appealing. But while we're on the subject of further development – what will your work for staffitpro focus on in the future?

Marcel: Of course, we have some big plans for the future of our brand. But one thing is clear, no matter which core topic we talk about: The goal will always be to question the existing and solve challenges with new, innovative concepts and technologies instead of managing what is. The latter would be just too boring.

The first core topic we are currently working on is the automation of central processes in the recruiting industry. The goal here is to completely take over routine tasks, which are often time-consuming and do not generate any added value for the business. We achieve this by using the most intelligent automation approaches possible – and thereby significantly relieve the recruiter.

The second major topic is research into possible areas of application for artificial intelligence in recruiting. In the past year in particular, we have already made progress in this area and, above all, have seen some promising prototypes.

We want to take our customers along on this journey right from the start, make the topic of artificial intelligence transparent, and thus, build the necessary trust in new technologies. It is extremely important for us to ensure a perfect dovetailing of man and machine right from the very beginning. Unlike other competitors, we do not aim to replace the recruiter with a machine.

Lena: Thank you for your detailed answer! As a new company member, I'm now looking forward to the future with you even more!

Marcel (laughing as well as Lena): Believe me, you can!

Lena: All right, now let's get to my final question. Do you have any concluding aspects for our customers? Any final words?

Marcel: The rebranding is a significant step towards the future. Our new brand identity now perfectly reflects our values and goals. At the same time, it is once again an important commitment to our customers.

We are looking forward to continuing to revolutionize the industry bit by bit with our customers. The coming period will certainly be a really exciting journey together, from which not only we are going to enormously benefit, but above all our customers.
